Open defecation
Animals bathing in ponds
Effects:
Water pollution can lead to diseases associated with digestive system like dysentery, diarrhea, cholera and polio.
Soil Pollution
Causes:
usage of excessive pesticides by farmers.
excessive usages of non-biodegradable products.
Effects:
Crops produced in the polluted soil will have less nutritional value and will be harmful to health.
Noise Pollution
Annoying, unpleasant and loud sounds cause noise pollution. They can have a negative impact on our health. e.g. Honking of horns.
